Deel is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (Python/React) to work remotely in the EMEA region. The role involves developing and maintaining a platform for international payroll, compliance, and hiring processes. Key responsibilities include Python and React development, API management, AWS services, and relational database management. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and experience in FinTech, HR-Tech, SaaS, and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering product and design teams to maintain and improve the platform
• , Develop and maintain APIs using Python and server frameworks like Flask or Django
• , Work with AWS services, Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment
• , Develop user interfaces and ensure an excellent customer experience using React
• , Implement and maintain scalable ETL processes
• , Troubleshoot and optimize solutions to improve performance
• , Mentor and support junior engineers
• , Conduct performance and functional test automation
• , Contribute to code repositories and version control

Qualifications

• 5+ years working as a Software Engineer
• , 2+ years of experience with Python and server frameworks (Flask/Django)
• , Prior experience developing APIs and maintaining them
• , Experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL
• , Familiarity with AWS services
• , Experience working with Docker
• , Familiarity with React for front-end development
